About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Interstitial lung disease (ILD) pharmacy team at Guy's and St Thomas'

Hospital and provide pharmacy support.This role involves supporting the team in administrative tasks. You will be

required to manage and maintain databases in use by the ILD pharmacy team . You will liaise with ILD patients ,

healthcare professionals and homecare providers as required to facilitate provision of homecare medication for ILD

patients.
