Senior Physical health and Infection Prevention and Control Nurse
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Matron for Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and Physical
Health to support the Trust-wide agenda for physical health and infection control. They will ensure changing priorities
in physical care, particularly for patients with complex needs, are addressed promptly, safely, and effectively. Acting
as deputy for the Matron when required, the post holder will lead the coordination and development of high-quality
physical health and IPC services across the organisation. They will embed clinical governance principles, provide strong
leadership, and empower team members while delegating responsibility appropriately to maintain safe, effective, and
