About the Role

There are current vacancies within the Community Intermediate Care Team in South East Essex. Posts available are within

the Early Supported Discharge Team for Stroke rehabilitation and the domiciliary rehab service for patients with other

complex neurological conditions, frailty or unstable fractures.

In this team, you will have the time and opportunity to make a real difference to a patient’s functional abilities,

level of independence and quality of life in either their own home or other community settings.

There are opportunities to develop and specialise your clinical skills in orthopaedics, neuro/stroke rehabilitation,
