About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative Physiotherapist to join the therapy team at

Longmoor House.

Longmoor House is a newly refurbished Integrated Care Unit that provides step down care from acute trusts and step up

care from the community for medically optimised patients where it is anticipated that there are ongoing nursing, therapy

and reablement needs.
