About the Role

The Provide Stroke Rehabilitation Service supports 25 inpatient Stroke beds and a well established Early Supported

Discharge Service. We work in partnership with the Acute Stroke Units, Social Care and the Stroke Association providing

seamless, high quality stroke rehabilitation to the people in our care. Our Nursing and Therapy teams, supported by

Stroke Psychologists and Medical Practitioners provide a progressive service which showcase true multi and

interdisciplinary working. Our philosophy is one that encourages staff participation at all levels and identifies

opportunities for service and career development.
