Senior Practice Education Facilitator
About the Role
Provide visible leadership in the Emergency Department, promoting high standards, continuous improvement and
evidencebased practice. Lead and support the Band 6 Practice Education Facilitators, ensuring effective supervision,
performance management and professional development. Plan, deliver and evaluate education, training and competencybased
development for all ED staff. Work collaboratively with the ED Matron, senior nursing team and education partners to
maintain safe, highquality patient care and support all learners. Oversee CPD, audit, research engagement and the
development, review and implementation of evidencebased guidelines and service improvements. Manage educational data and
