About the Role
Oversee the management of the day to day operations of the Practice ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Line Manager for the Patient Services Manager, Nursing Manager, Clinical Pharmacist, Mental Health Nurse, Operations
Administrator, Contracts Administrator and Patient Support role. Oversee HR processes, including recruitment,
appraisals, training and staff performance for key areas of responsibility Ensure the Practice delivers a positive
experience for all patient contact focussing on safe, responsive and effective care. Review demand and capacity to
ensure the Practice provides sufficient appointments for the Practice population Responsible for delivery of Long Term
Responsibilities
