Fraserburgh Children and Families Team is a brilliant team to work for, although a big and busy team everyone steps in

and supports one another unconditionally emotionally or practically. Becoming Senior Practitioner in our team comes with

many roles including sharing the role alongside the other Senior Practitioner within our team, supervising Family

Support Workers as well as supporting the Team Managers. You will have access to attend Senior Practitioner forums where

you get to share your experience with fellow colleagues across other Children and Families Team and explore
