An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Trafford Older Adult Community Mental Health Team in a sought after role as
the Senior Practitioner for Complex Emotional and Relational Needs.
The role will involve supporting a small caseload of Older Adults who may have Complex Emotional and Relational Needs,
as well as providing input to the team to support the wider team caseload, supporting group work in the community (for
example, Structured Clinical Management groups) and supporting the wider leadership of the team.
