About the Role
BCHA is a charitable housing association that provides housing, support, and learning opportunities to vulnerable
individuals and families across the South and South West of England. We support people who are homeless, fleeing
domestic abuse, recovering from addiction, affected by mental health challenges, or escaping modern slavery. BCHA offers
a range of services including safe and supported accommodation, outreach programs, training in life and employment
skills, and access to trauma-informed support.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Practitioner to lead the operational delivery of BCHA’s Mental
