If so North Trafford community services are is seeking to recruit a Senior Practitioner to join our vibrant teams. The

post holder will provide effective clinical/nursing leadership for the North Trafford CMHT based at Crossgate House ,

developing and maintaining a high quality of service delivery.

You will offer a Nurse Led clinics to review service users who remain under the care of the CMHT for medication reasons

- Clozapine and anti-psychotic depots, and also to provide a discharge pathway for service users who require some
