About the Role
To manage your own caseload, identifying and responding to priorities. To plan, develop, implement and evaluate
programmes of care. Contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of health education programmes and staff
training Be able to work in a single point of access to assess new referrals, manage risk, provide parent and
professional consultation and provide information to other agencies, in line with information sharing agreements. To
provide clinical advice and support to the team, provide caseload supervision, 1-1s and PDRs for junior staff. Provide
