About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified school nurse or health visitor who has the transfer fields of practice

or is willing to undertake this course or experienced staff nurse.

The role is part of our Inclusion pathway within the Healthy Child Programme Service 0-19 which incorporates Health

Visiting, School Nursing and Teenage Pregnancy Services. It is an exciting time to join our service and be part of

developing and shaping services for babies, children, young people and their families.
