About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Rosses is a non-24-hour supported housing service based in Derry/Londonderry. We support adults living with enduring
mental health challenges- ranging from depression and anxiety to personality disorders - to maintain their tenancies and
live as independently as possible. We also provide general housing support to tenants from local housing waiting lists.
Our team doesn’t deliver personal care or medication support - instead, we empower people with the life skills and
practical help they need to thrive, whether that’s managing appointments, developing routines, connecting with others or
