About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will work with the Assistant Service Manager and Social Work Senior Practitioners to ensure, that older
people requiring long term care receive a high quality, safe and effective service that takes cognisance of their
physical/ psychological/ social/ emotional and spiritual needs, to maximise their quality of life and lived experience.
The Quality Assurance Senior Nurse will be expected to provide nursing leadership and commitment to achieve the agreed
vision of the team, to maximise the quality of life and lived experience of service users in long-term care. Within a
