About the Role

Are you an experienced Nurse or Matron who would like to join our dynamic team? We are seeking an ambitious, motivated,

compassionate and experienced Band 7 nurse to support the changing face of community health care. As part of the Urgent

Community Response and Virtual Ward initiative, your role will be essential in providing and leading efficient,

integrated, urgent care to our patients with care and respect.

You will be working as part of the Rapid Response Team predominantly on Unplanned Care to triage and assess referrals
