About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient team on Dufferin Ward at The Horder Centre. This
is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate nurse with strong clinical expertise, particularly in
orthopaedics, and a desire to contribute to exceptional patient care in an award-winning, supportive environment.
Acting as a clinical role model, mentor, and leader, you will support the Ward Sister and wider team in maintaining
exceptional standards of patient care, ensuring smooth daily operations, and contributing to the continuous development
of the service.
