Senior Research Nurse/Midwife/Practitioner

About the Role

Provide nursing and midwifery leadership and have responsibility and management for the day to day running of the

Clinical Research Facility (CRF) at the NNUH which includes the clinical responsibility and accountability for nursing

and midwifery staff and non-regulated staff. Act as a credible role model in the conduct of Clinical Trials and other

clinical research with understanding of the application of research within the clinical governance agenda. In

collaboration with the Lead Research Nurses act as a contact for sponsor companies wishing to conduct clinical trials,

assess local feasibility and capacity of new clinical research studies. To manage a caseload of concurrent research
