Children's Home, Home Farm are recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers. We are looking for enthusiastic,
caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young
people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves
supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home.
