About the Role
Brook Street is seeking compassionate Senior Residential Support Workers in South Wales to support children and young people in residential care. Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and the community
- Support the Registered Manager in staff development
- Ensure compliance with legislation and policies
- Maintain positive relationships with young people
- Promote safeguarding and manage risks
- Encourage participation in recreational activities
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a care setting
- Strong communication skills and a caring nature
- Flexibility and resilience in challenging situations
- Aged 22 or over for appropriate age gaps
- Full UK manual driving licence

Compensation
Salary of up to £33,000 per annum, to be discussed based on experience.
Location & Schedule
Various children's homes across South Wales; full-time, permanent position.
