Senior Residential Support Worker (Children’s Residential Care - Complex Needs)

About the Role

The Senior Residential Support Worker will play a key leadership role within the children’s home, supporting the

Registered and Deputy Manager in delivering high-quality, safe, and child-centred care to children and young people with

complex emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs, including those subject to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards

(DoLS) or equivalent legal frameworks.

The postholder will lead shifts, mentor staff, oversee care practice, and ensure compliance with legislation,

safeguarding requirements, and Support Assist Ltd policies, while maintaining a stable, nurturing environment where
