Our client, a brand-new children's care organisation, is opening their first home and seeking passionate Senior

Residential Workers to help shape a supportive, child-centred environment from day one.

You'll work alongside an experienced management team, providing exceptional care for children with Emotional and

Behavioural Difficulties leading shifts, mentoring staff, and making a real difference in young people's lives.
