About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Safeguarding Nurse / Practitioner for Children role is a visible and knowledgeable resource and support to
patient facing staff across the Trust for safeguarding children’s concerns. They will work alongside trust staff
developing safeguarding competence and confidence with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
They will use their own robust knowledge to support staff through advice, guidance, supervision and training keeping the
working together to safeguard children framework at the forefront of their interactions.
