About the Role
Rugby School is seeking an experienced and confident Senior School Nurse to provide strategic leadership and operational
management of the San Medical Centre within our busy UK boarding school. This is a role with responsibility for ensuring
outstanding standards of healthcare, pupil welfare, and regulatory compliance across the School.
Reporting to the Head of Safeguarding, the postholder will lead and develop the nursing and administrative team, oversee
clinical governance, staffing, training, and budget management, and drive continuous service improvement. Working
closely with senior pastoral colleagues, School GPs, counsellors, boarding staff, and external providers, the Senior
