About the Role

Effectively and efficiently co-ordinate the department Educate and Support staff Cascade knowledge and skills to staff

Liaise with tactical operations officers, bed management, site Management, General Management and all members of medical

teams and all other specialities Achieve targets for Triage and Ambulance via KPI Maintain safety at all times through

risk assessment Awareness of Governance and Risk Management processes Monitor Staff sickness and attendance Extended

roles to support running of the department Support the Unit Managers and The Matron
