Senior Social Work Practitioner - Placement Team

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated senior social work practitioner to join our Placement Team.

The Placement Team will offer you the opportunity to work with approved foster carers, connected persons and those

applying for a Special Guardianship Order (SGO). The post offers the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and

practice in relation to the service including Connected persons and Form F assessments, delivering training and

supervising foster carers. There is opportunity to learn from the experiences of the team who are committed to

delivering the highest quality service to the fostering families of Blaenau Gwent.
