About the Role
All posts will be part of the CCNT who deliver nursing care to children in the home or education environment.
The team is part of an integrated service for disabled children, promoting partnership working and better outcomes for
disabled children and their families.
Special School Nurse- Band 6 0.82 WTE (Term time only)
The Community Children’s Nursing Team is part of an Integrated Service for Disabled Children operating within a wider
service system encompassing Acute and Community Services.
