Senior Specialty Fellow (Hands)

About the Role

Duties will include: Regular outpatient and hand trauma clinics at University Hospital Southampton and associated

facilities to include Lymington Hospital and Royal South Hants Hospital Operating sessions both elective and hand trauma

and general trauma Attendance at the daily Trauma meetings to advise the general trauma service on hand, wrist and elbow

injuries Covering clinic and theatre sessions for the Consultants and Associate Specialist as required Supervising the

treatment of patients in University Hospital Southampton Carrying out regular ward rounds as appropriate Participation

in clinical audit within the unit Engagement in Research. Outcome measurement and Journal reviewing Active involvement
