About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
The post holder will support the Sister/Modern Matron and multidisciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining
policies, standards of nursing care and staff development, as part of the Outpatient team. The post holder will act as a
deputy to the Sister. As a Band 6 nurse you should act as a role model, showing evidence of the specialist skills and
knowledge that will enable you to deliver prescribed treatment and care for patients in an individual and sensitive
manner.
