About the Role
Clinical Practice Deliver specialist, evidence-based nursing care in haematology in line with the NMC Code. Provide
expert advice and support to patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. Manage a defined caseload, ensuring
accurate assessment, care planning, and documentation. Competently perform advanced clinical skills including central
line care, blood product administration, venepuncture, infusion therapies, chemotherapy, and stem cell transfusions. Act
as a clinical resource, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication. Implement clinical guidelines,
participate in audit, and support quality improvement initiatives. Education and Research Mentor and supervise junior
