About the Role

An exciting opportunities have arisen on Orwell ward at the Harbour for highly motivated and professional RMN to join

the wards as band 6 clinical lead. In coming into this roles, the successful candidates will join an already established

leadership team, and will have opportunity to further develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will bring excellent role modelling skills, a passion for supporting and developing junior

colleagues, including student nurses and preceptors, and they should have a keen interest in quality improvement

projects that can lead to improvements in patient care and staff wellbeing.
