About the Role
Meadow House Hospice provides specialist palliative care for adults across Ealing and Hounslow through our inpatient
unit, community teams and developing Day Service. We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Day Services
team, supporting patients attending for planned assessment, intervention, education and symptom management.You will work
closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care
for patients with complex palliative needs, often at an advanced stage of progressive illness. This role offers the
