About the Role
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join the Rapid Response and Reablement Team within
Community Health and Social Care Services.
Adult Community Health and Social Care Services is a multidisciplinary team containing Community Nurses, Social Workers,
Social Care and support staff.
As a Senior Staff Nurse in the Rapid Response and Reablement Service, the post holder will work alongside the Team Lead
and therapists in the management of the team and a defined caseload to provide high quality patient care.
