About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a committed Senior Care Assistant has arisen in a leading care home in Liverpool. This role involves managing a care team, ensuring adherence to CQC guidelines, and delivering exceptional care to residents, particularly those with dementia. Candidates must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Responsibilities
- Manage the care team within the home.
- Ensure care staff adhere to CQC guidelines.
- Promote and deliver high standards of care.
- Supervise and instruct less experienced staff.
- Provide exceptional care to residents.
Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Previous experience in elderly care settings.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
- Supervisory experience in a care/nursing home.

Compensation
The successful Senior Care Assistant will earn £14.00 per hour, totaling an annual salary of £32,032 for a full-time role of 44 hours per week.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role based in Liverpool, working night shifts.
