About the Role
Hours: 24 hours per week, including a rota of on call during weekends and evenings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Care & Support
Provide person-centred care to service users in their own homes, promoting independence and ensuring dignity and
well-being at all times.
Encourage and facilitate social interaction and participation in community-based activities where appropriate.
