motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support

across multiple locations in North Dorset. You will report into the Deputy Manager, splitting your time between hands-on

support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role

with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
