About the Role
The Dementia Reablement team provide short term (up to 12 weeks) support to individuals recently diagnosed with
dementia. The team provides information, advice and practical support to enable individuals referred to the service to
continue to live independently for as long as possible and to enjoy a good quality of life.
An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Care4CE Dementia Reablement service. We are recruiting a
permanent Grade 6 Senior Support Worker for 30 hours per week, over 4 set days, one of which will be a Friday. You will
primarily be working between Monday and Friday 9am – 5pm although some early evenings may be required. The service is
