Senior Support worker

About the Role

Anopportunity has become available to work within the Care4CE Mental Health Reablement Team. The team offer support to

adults with mental health issues using the reablement model. This is a permanent position for Grade 6 16 hours a week,

The days preferred by the candidate can be discussed at interview, the hours are primarily 9am – 5pm, although some

early evenings may be required. The service is office base is Macclesfield Town Hall, but the role requires being about

to visit our referrals at their homes and being able to transport to community resources, a mileage rate is paid for the

use of a vehicle.
