Senior Support Worker

About the Role

Would you like to join a new team in supporting individuals with trauma and mental health needs, integrating back into

the community?

We are currently looking for compassionate, patient, and resilient Support Workers to join our team for our new service

being developed in Farnborough. Your role will involve promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and providing

practical and emotional support tailored to each persons needs using the Trauma informed model. We are looking for

someone with experience in supporting people who have had traumas in their life, suffer with mental health conditions
