Senior Support Worker, Lisburn

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Lisburn. In this role, you will assist individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions in daily living activities, education, and leisure pursuits, fostering their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living and independence skills.
• Facilitate access to work and educational opportunities.
• Encourage participation in leisure activities.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of support provided.

Requirements

• Minimum six months experience supporting individuals with Autism.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• NISCC registered or willing to register upon appointment.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least one year.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
