About the Role

· To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and working with key workers in the team to support patients experiencing

their First Episode of Psychosis.

The role will include working with the patients support network.

The role includes driving to patient’s homes, a good level of rapport building and patient engagement and enabling

patients to feel at ease.

To ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
