Senior Residential Child Care Worker

Randstad are recruiting a senior support worker for a Bristol based client on a temp to perm basis.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To share overall responsibility for the effective leadership and management of the Children's Home, ensuring high

quality residential services for children & young people under the care of Bristol City Council, working under the

general supervision of the Registered Manager and within the framework of current legislation and The Bristol Model.
