Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day person-centered care.
- Lead shifts and support team members.
- Plan and organize activities and outings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in care.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic numeracy.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development.
- Satisfactory DBS check and references.

Compensation
Salary ranges from £25,000 to £25,642 per annum after a 6-month probation period, with additional payments for night shifts.
Location & Schedule
Based in Sale, just south of Manchester City Centre, with full or part-time opportunities available.
