About the Role

The starting salary for this role is £30,647 per annum, working 36 hours per week.

We are excited to be recruiting a full time Senior Support Worker at Mallow Crescent in Guildford. Mallow is a Supported

Living service for adults with learning disabilities. It comprises of a cluster of houses.

We use a person-centred approach to support individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, access to leisure

pursuits, education, skills development and social networks within the local community. We are looking for people who

are motivated and committed to improving individual's lives and have a desire to empower and promote independence.
