Job Title: Team Leader Location: Hazlemere, High Wycombe Hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week Pay: £14.09 per hour We’d
love to hear from you! We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team on a full-time basis, based at
our service in High Wycombe. The main purpose of the role is to provide leadership and management to the care staff
team, ensuring our service users receive the highest quality care and support in line with their individually assessed
needs. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a health or care
service setting providing high quality care, and able to write and deliver effective care and person-centred care
