About the Role
Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home – Taunton – Up to £28,000 + sleep in allowance
Our client, a small children’s residential home in Taunton provides short-term intensive placements for young people who
require structured therapeutic support. Placements typically last 3–6 months, with staff working closely with young
people. As Senior Support Worker, you will help lead shifts, supports colleagues, and maintains safe, well-organised
care routines.
