About the Role

Your Role as a Senior Healthcare Assistant Lead and coordinate clinical shifts on the inpatient unit, ensuring safe,

effective, and compassionate care delivery. Line manage, supervise, and mentor HCA and nursing staff, promoting a

positive culture of teamwork and professional development. Support and guide students and junior colleagues in their

learning and practice. Deliver and support training and competency-based development within the care team. Help

implement best practices in complex and specialist palliative care. Take a lead role in assessments, planning, and

delivery of individualised care in collaboration with patients, families, and the wider team. Manage complex symptoms
