Senior Trauma Fellow with an interest in Pelvic & Acetabulum
About the Role
Through the West Yorkshire Major Trauma Network, the MTC serves patients across the region from incident to
rehabilitation. Each morning the team has a multi-disciplinary team meeting to discuss all major trauma patients within
the hospital. Throughout the day the MTC receives acute admissions from around the region. Our Major Trauma Nurse
specialists co-ordinate the care of our patients as soon as they come through the door into the emergency department.
They then follow the patient pathway through the different levels of care that are required supporting both the patient
and their relatives up until and beyond discharge. The Network was established in 2013 to bring together Major Trauma
