About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner to work within Stamford Out of Hours delivering face to face consultations and

telephone triage.

We are looking to recruit dynamic individuals with minor illness skills that will also compliment the existing team of

GP's, ACPS and HCSW's.

This is a part time post 18 hours a week. We are looking to employ dynamic individuals with recognised qualifications

and experience in minor illness and or experience working in GP practice, which will also compliment our existing team
