Senior User Researcher

About the Role

Sitting within the User Experience team, this role will lead our research capability as the expert in understanding

users, forming a cornerstone of our product insights, enabling confident, evidence-based product decisions.

You will plan and run end-to-end research, expand how we test, and have a passion for being the voice of the user.

Working in a friendly product team, you’ll be supported by product designers and a product analyst, turning evidence

into clear actionable insights for the wider team.
